Ultegra R8000 SPD-SL Pedals

The Shimano Ultegra R8000 SPD-SL Pedals have been designed specifically for road cyclists who want to compete and increase their performance on all levels. Indeed, with a weight of 248 grams, the pedals have evolved compared to the previous 6800 generation. Shimano has increased the stiffness of the pedals thus providing better power transfer when the cyclist will want to accelerate. In addition, the wider platform also allows a better power transfer since the point of contact between the shoe and the pedal is greater. The sealed cartridge axle allows for greater durability and increased turnover, reducing friction to prevent the cyclist from losing energy unnecessarily. All this in order to increase the performance of the cyclist in conditions where he will need it.
