Shipping within Canada

• Free shipping on orders of $150 or more.
• Orders under $150 ship for $20.
• Bikes, framesets and wheels always ship free.
• Trainers ship express for a flat $100.

Orders are usually packed and ready to ship in 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Every order is tracked, and you'll get your tracking number by email when it ships.

Free pickup in store

Choose pickup at checkout and collect your order at 2007 Bloor St W, Toronto. Bikes are built, checked and fitted before you pick them up.

Canada only

Due to restrictions from our distributors and manufacturers, we can only ship within Canada.

Shipping insurance

Shipping insurance is an additional cost and is strongly recommended for high-value purchases. If shipping insurance is declined, Wheels of Bloor can't be held liable for items damaged in transit.

Payment

All transactions are in Canadian dollars. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, financing with Affirm, and payment in person for pickup orders. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping.
