Race, aero or endurance?

• Race (all-round): light and quick for climbing and group rides. Think Specialized Tarmac, Cervélo R5, BMC Teammachine.
• Aero: fastest on flat roads and in a fast group. Think Cervélo S5, Cannondale SuperSix EVO, BMC Teammachine R.
• Endurance: more upright and comfortable for long days and rough Toronto roads. Think Specialized Roubaix, Cannondale Synapse, Cervélo Caledonia, BMC Roadmachine.

Which groupset?

Shimano 105, Ultegra and Dura-Ace, and SRAM Rival, Force and RED. Electronic shifting (Di2 / AXS) is now standard from the mid-range up. Higher tiers mostly save weight and add finish; the shifting quality is excellent at every level.

Budget

For a quality carbon or alloy road bike with good components, start with our bikes under $4,000. Pay over time with 0% financing through Affirm (on approved credit).

Sizes vary by brand, so come in and we’ll check your fit on the bike before it leaves. Every bike is built and checked by our mechanics.
